Clear plexi sign holders are great for stores and events. The groove thickness will vary depending on the saw blade that is used to cut the groove. The work order specifies to use a .100" thickness blade however the actual thickness can vary depending on the blade manufacturer, how many times it's been sharpened, and imperfections in the blade teeth.
