Shipping policy:
Most products ship Ground via FedEx or UPS. If a product says "Please select Truck - Heavy Freight Quoted" in the description it will only ship common carrier and we will contact you with a quote.
Return policy:
30 Day Guarantee
Any return for a refund may be subject to a 30% restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable.
Return any stock item for any reason within 30 days for a refund, except:
- Custom Items
- Items marked "non-returnable"
If The Fixture Zone or the manufacturer is at fault or shipment is damaged and documented to carrier, The Fixture Zone will issue a label for free return shipping. Otherwise customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- Call 1-800-528-5306 or submit your return via email at returns@thefixturezone.com.
- A Customer Service Representative will provide a return merchandise authorization(RMA).
- Write the RMA/Order Number on the outside of the package.
