What is your billing policy?

Your credit card will be billed at the time of order.
We accept purchase orders from local, state and federal government agencies.
Note on Pricing:
We strive to fill all orders at the price quoted on the thefixturezone.com web site and/or our catalog. However, from time to time a part may have been discontinued, price may be misquoted due to machine or other error. In such instances, The Fixture Zone reserves the right to cancel or limit any order. You will be promptly refunded for any payment you might have made for item(s) that have not been shipped due to cancellation or limitation of an order. Thank You


What’s your shipping and handling policy?

There will be a $15 handling fee included in shipping on orders less than $45.
Shipping prices and online ordering are for the 48 contiguous states.
Shipping will be added to Store Pickup's on non-stock or custom items.
You will be contacted ASAP on quoted shipping with freight cost.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Time

For in-stock items, shipment will usually be made within 2 business days.

For non-stock items, shipments usually average 1 to 2 weeks.

We
ship from multiple locations depending on stock levels. So your order may be shipped on different days and have different delivery times. We do our best to ship from the fastest location.

Premium shipment is available for most in-stock items. If you have a special shipping need, please email or call us and we will try to accommodate you.

On all custom shipping options (including shipping on your account) you will be responsible for all charges and you will be charged for any refused shipments.

Damage

If a product was damaged in shipping. You must determine upon receipt by inspection and the damage must be noted on the carrier's copy of the manifest.

 

How do I return a product?
General

All returns/exchanges require an RMA and will follow the policies below. We do not accept returns/exchanges on custom or special order products. We do not give cash refunds, we will credit your account. We do not accept returns/exchanges after 7 days. Product must be shipped in the original packing and in the same condition it was received. To receive an RMA, please email us at customer service.

Defective Product/Shipping Error

Our manufacturers warrant their products. Each product has its own warranty and will vary slightly from product to product. However, any product found to have been shipped in error or have a defect will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

Exchanges

There will be a 30% restocking fee on all exchanges and you are responsible for all shipping costs.
 

Returns

Do you accept custom/special orders?

We have a wide range of other products not available through our web site. Some are unusual parts, others are custom parts that have been developed for special applications. We also work with customers to design new custom units specifically for their needs. We have a broad range of products produced by our suppliers that we do not receive frequent request for, but can be special ordered. Other custom products can be manufactured on order if quantities are sufficient. If you need a custom or special part, please email or call us.

Do you have store credit?
 

If you have been a customer for six months in good standing and made a minimum of $5000 in purchases, you may qualify for a Store Credit Account. The Fixture Zone can usually process the request within 24 hours. To initiate the process, please call Erik at 602-438-6060.
